CVC are a six-piece musical collective hailing from the sleepy Welsh town of Church Village. CVC’s members include Francesco Orsi (vocals); David Bassey (Vocals/Guitar); Elliot Bradfield (Vocals/Guitar); Ben Thorne (Bass); Tom Fry (Drums) and Daniel ‘Nanial’ Jones(Keyboard/Percussion).
The collective includes band members past and present, family, significant others, collaborators and of course, the fans. Without these people and the stories they’ve contributed the band wouldn’t be where they are today. The band’s style and confidence embodying what it means to be part of the collective. There are no barriers to being included. If you’d like to join CVC you need only apply within. The band are influenced by Snoop Dog, The Beatles, Crosby, Stills, Young & Nash, Luciano Pavarotti, Baxter Dury and RHCP. Following nominations for best breakthrough act at the Cardiff Music Awards 2018 as well as being accepted onto the 2019 Forte Project the band has grown organically. Their live shows are something to behold, selling out Cardiff’s famous ‘Clwb’ before lockdown put the world on hold.
Get ready for 2022 when the band will release their long awaited debut album, produced by the band and mixed by Ross Orton (Arctic Monkeys.)
