1. Getting to Bodega

2. Lost Property

Unfortunately not. Any valuables left around the venue are left at the owner's responsibility.

Our office is just a call away on 01159505078 (if we're not in, try again later, sometimes we like a lie-in!). Alternatively, you can message us on Facebook or email hello@bodeganottingham.com. Let us know your name, number and a description of the item so someone can get back to you if we've got it. Please be aware we only keep lost items for 28 days.

3. Tickets

These things happen! Get in touch with whoever you booked with straight away – they can usually arrange replacements. Sadly, there’s not much the venue can do, though.

Provided the show is not sold out, you'll be able to buy tickets on the door.

Our preferred ticket vendor is alt. tickets but we have tickets on sale via most major ticketing vendors. We also sell tickets for some gigs behind our downstairs bar too (although it's worth giving us a ring before you set off just to check we have the specific show in). We wouldn't advise purchasing through secondary ticketing sites such as Viagogo or Stubhub.

Yes, you certainly can! We sell a select amount of shows behind our downstairs bar. It's worth giving us a call before you set off though, just to make sure we have some for your chosen show.

If you're buying a ticket from someone online then please be very careful. An increasing number of online scammers are appearing and just like you, we hate that it happens. We try and delete any online scammers we see but there's always a few that slip through the cracks. Our preferred ticketing vendor alt. tickets have waiting lists for all shows. Feel free to contact us and we can try and verify that a ticket is legit. We'd avoid buying from secondary sites such as Viagogo and Stubhub. Unfortunately the venue holds no responsibility for any missold tickets.

If the show is still months in advance then this is normal and you don't need to worry. If there are 3 days or less until the show, please get in touch with your ticketing provider and let them know. They will either send out a new ticket or put you on a collections list at the venue for when the doors open on the night of the show.

Please contact your point of purchase and they will be able to advise you through the process. Once done, they will either send you an extra ticket or add your companion ticket to our guest list.

4. Gigs

Set times will be posted on our social media accounts so make sure you're following us on Facebook and Twitter! They'll usually be confirmed around 4pm on show day. If you can't find them then give us a call. The door times will be printed on your tickets.

Most of our events are 14+, however if a gig is 18+ this will be stated on the website listing or the ticket.

For most concerts it's either 10pm or 11pm depending on the night of the week. Club nights all finish at 3am if not otherwise stated.

Please send us your lovely music, we love to hear it! Send over any tunes and info on yourself / your band to hello@bodeganottingham.com. Our in-house promoters will have a listen and if we have a suitable show you'd fit, we will be in touch.

If you're wanting to take professional photos of gigs then please let us know in advance. It's usually fine but it's always best to check with us first. Either give us a call on 0115 950 5078 or email us at hello@bodeganottingham.com.

5. General Info

On Monday - Saturday we're open from 4pm. On Sundays, we open at 4pm but only when we have a gig on. Head to our Gig Guide to check.

We accept Driving License (including provisional licenses), Passports and Pass UK Approved ID.

We don't have a dress code. Why would we tell you what to wear?! With that being said, there is a difference between going on a night out and going down the local gym!

Yes, if you are behaved then you will get in! No fancy dress however.

Be nice and don’t do anything stupid, basically. We reserve the right to refuse admission without a reason, so if you appear drunk or behave inappropriately in the queue, we might refuse you entry without a refund.

On request we can provide seating on a raised platform upstairs for accessibility purposes. Please give us a call on 0115 9506547 to arrange. Our downstairs bar has plenty of seating available for events.
