Bring the sunny vibes back with another tasty Bodega cocktail recipe!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 50ml Gin
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 12.5ml Gomme (sugar syrup)*
- 8 Raspberries
- Cocktail Shaker
*For the RGD, you’ll need some Gomme (sugar syrup) which can be made by dissolving 300g caster sugar in 150ml water over a low heat. Full recipe on how to make this can be found here.
To start, measure out 50ml of Gin (we use Tanqueray or Bulldog but any will do) and pour into your cocktail shaker, followed by 25ml of lemon juice (lime is just as good too).
Add in 12.5ml of your sugar syrup and 6 fresh raspberries. Add in a scoop full of ice (around 6 or 7 large ice cubes) and put the cap on your shaker, ready to shake.
Now to the fun part! Get shaking that shaker. Have your hands shaking by your shoulder, until all the ingredients are nicely blended.
Strain the drink into your glass to remove raspberry clumps and pips. We strain our Daiquiri’s twice, to make sure it’s nice and smooth.
Add some raspberries on top for a garnish and enjoy!
