THE GORGEOUS CHANS

“An energetic, charismatic blend of guitars and horns who instantly get the crowd dancing with their brand of indie pop akin to Vampire Weekend or Paul Simon… A band to keep an eye on in 2014!”  • LeftLion

“THE GORGEOUS CHANS’ infusion of original music, which could be described as Chuck Berry meets an American Marching Band, used a variety of electric and acoustic guitars, a cowbell, pipe, harmonica, saxophone and much more to enhance their already lively stage presence”  • Nusic

HUNTING HELEN

From the bands facebook…
We’re an acoustic/ rock band from sunny Nottingham. Our influences range from 30 Seconds to Mars and the Foo Fighters to The Kooks and James Morrison.
We have all the usual band interests of making music, gigging, drinking and meeting new people. Our first EP was released in Dec ’12 with the lead singe of Gave Me Your Hand. Since then we have been signed by the indie label LMC Records and are just about to release our next two singles.

“Last but not least to the stage is acoustic rock band HUNTING HELEN. The trio are currently cooking up something fresh, with the aim of releasing their first album next year. They’ve drummed up a sunburst of electric bass lines, providing an insanely good vibe. Just the icing on the cake! If you like acoustic but bigger, you’re going to enjoy the rocky edge to HUNTING HELEN” – Nusic
